On iPhone, the QR code takes over
Apple restricts the iPhone's NFC to its own services and does not allow automatic Wi-Fi connection via the chip. This is not a limitation of the tag itself: the chip works perfectly, it's iOS that doesn't grant access.
On iPhone — your customers scan the QR code with their camera: they are connected in one gesture.
On Android — connection via simple NFC touch, or via QR code as preferred.
In both cases, your customers connect themselves, without you having to dictate your password.

Le NFC est déjà présent sur la grande majorité des smartphones récents : iPhone XR / XS et plus récents (activé en permanence), et la quasi-totalité des Android depuis 2015. Sur Android, vérifiez simplement que l'option NFC est activée dans les paramètres rapides.
Posez le haut du téléphone sur la plaque
L'antenne NFC se situe en général en haut de l'écran (côté caméra). Approchez cette partie du téléphone du centre de la plaque, à 1-2 cm. Votre téléphone détecte la puce en moins d'une seconde — une légère vibration ou un son confirme la lecture.

Yes, via the QR code. Apple does not allow the iPhone to connect to Wi-Fi via NFC: this function is reserved for its own services. The chip in the plate works, but iOS does not provide access to it.
In practice, there is no problem: on iPhone, your customers scan the QR code with the camera and are connected immediately. On Android, they have the choice between NFC and QR code.
