This website www.unisign.fr, operated by Unisign (a GRAFICUT brand), is subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC). Any purchase on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

Article 1 – Purpose

These GTC govern the contractual relationship between Unisign and any customer placing an order on www.unisign.fr. They apply to the exclusion of any other conditions.

Article 2 – Seller Identity

Article 3 – Products

The products offered are laser engraving and cutting items, handcrafted in our French workshop. Unisign strives to represent the products accurately, without being able to guarantee exact color fidelity on all screens. Availability is indicated on each product page.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Unisign reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is that displayed at the time the order is validated.

Article 5 – Orders

The order is validated after payment confirmation. Unisign reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or suspicious order. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed and fully refunded.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due upon order. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer (via Shopify Payments). Payment data is encrypted and secure.

Article 7 – Delivery

Delivery times include a manufacturing time of approximately 4 working days, followed by delivery:

• 🇫🇷 Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 working days — Free delivery
• 🌍 Europe: 4 to 10 working days — Free from €50, otherwise €9.90

These times are indicative. Unisign is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs services.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

Exception: personalized items (engraved or cut on demand) are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Article 9 – Returns and Refunds

For any authorized return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days. Sale or personalized items are not refundable.

Article 10 – Legal Guarantees

In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a proven defect, please contact us for replacement or refund.

Article 11 – Liability

Unisign cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of its products, nor for delays or service interruptions due to external causes (force majeure, network failure, etc.).

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, graphics, logo) is the property of Unisign and protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Article 13 – Personal Data

Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Consult our Personal Data Protection Policy for more information.

Article 14 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the competent court will be that of Angers.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge.
